And if you’re protocol-sensitive, maybe stiffen your sinews. The EU is gritting its teeth and breathing hard as the UK yet again demands major change if not the dumping of the Protocol. That’s trade from Britain to NEI. Yes, yes, even Theresa May spotted the problem years back. And yes, yes, Boris Johnson lied to the DUP about his determination never to have a border in the Irish Sea. Maybe he hoped they wouldn’t notice?

And are you familiar with the name Sanita Puspure? Well you should be. Originally Latvian, she is now Irish and is one of Ireland’s best hopes for a gold medal.
