The southern government is flashing the cash and getting pouches for pupils’ phones, so they can be locked up during school hours (the pouches, not the pupils…Althought come to think of it…) Many schools have worked out their own system of keeping phones at bay througout the day – is the Dublin government virtue signalling at the taxpayers’ expense?
