So – did you attend one of the hundreds of parades that happened yesterday? Are they boring to see on TV, or are they something we should be proud of?

Conor McGregor, cage-fighter and convicted rapist, is Donald Trump’s favourite Irish person. Trump too has been convicted of similar stuff, so they do have that in common. But was Simon Harris right to denounce McGregor’s effort to speak on behalf of the Irish people?

One of yesterday’s parades was cancelled – in Letterkenny – because a car driven by a teenager killed one man in his sixties and seriously damaged another man. Are the gardaí dealing with such events in the right way?

And finally, did you watch that documentary of ‘The Priests’ ? Do you like their singing? What about the Shamrock Tenors, who were performing in the Ulster Hall last night?

We take these topics and more for a bracing walk. Join us, won’t you?

That is Conor McGregor, ex MMA fighter, but also a convicted anti immigrant rapist as well as having hard right delusional Neanderthal views on politics, equality/inclusion, transexuals, ie, anti DEI, etc, etc, so plenty in common with Trump and Musk. He expressed a wish to attend Celtic Park which fully exposed his shocking ignorance as Celtic FC is a club like no other, born out of oppressive bigotry, racism and anti immigrant exclusion, and therefore continually recognise and supports Palestinian resistance just as the Irish resisted and finally succeeded in part. He was let know that he would not be welcome there.
