“IRELAND IS NOT A NORMAL “IRELAND IS NOT A NORMAL EUROPEAN DEMOCRACY” – FINTAN O’TOOLE – by Donal Kennedy

Part 1
I have never before agreed with anything uttered by Fintan O’Toole. But I must agree with that utterance.
For many reasons.
Mr O’Toole writes for THE IRISH TIMES, which is answerable to an oathbound secretive society established by an untrustworthy British political fixer and swindler, Lord Goodman, to serve British Government objectives hostile to legitimate Irish interests. O’Toole has a lucrative sideline in the equally hostile and equally dishonest British media.
The Irish Independent Group dominates print media in Ireland, and is, if anything, more anti-Irish than THE IRISH TIMES.
And RTE, the State-Established Radio & Television network is similarly perverse. And the “National University” and Dublin University (Trinity College) far from being centres of disinterested, objective study of history of Ireland and the world, might, without injustice, be included, along with Fintan O’Toole, amongst ELIZABETH’S IRISH WHORES*
The failure of Irish academics and politicians to attend the canonisation in Rome of Cardinal Newman, the highminded (Englishman) author of “THE IDEA OF A UNIVERSITY” is emblematic of the meanness of spirit and vacuity of mind of today’s Irish Establishement.
*
“ELIZABETH’S IRISH WARS” by Cyril Fall’s covers the Desmond Rebellion of the 1580s, and those of Shane O’Neill, Hugh O’Neill and Red Hugh O’Donnell, ending 1603, which cost Good Queen Bess more in blood and treasure than the Spanish Armada and other exertions of King Philip II, the most powerful ruler of his day. Perhaps in 300 years another Ulster historian will reckon that the 27 YEAR WAR of resistance in Ireland cost Elizabeth II more in blood and treasure than the wars in the Malvinas and Afghanistan?
By an ACTOF SELF-DETERMINATION on 14th December 1918 Irish voters established a sovereign Republic the first state ever established through an exercise of democracy and they endured years of murderous repression by her nearest neighbours.
The most effective tool of their Imperial enemy was the Royal Irish Constabulary – honoured today by Elizabeth’s Irish Whores.
In Part 2 I will consider Europe’s “normal democracies.”
