PRINCIPLES AND POINTS OF DEPARTURE FOR “SUPERIOR” BEINGS by Donal Kennedy

“It is necessary, then, to accept as a principle and point of departure the fact that there is a hierarchy of races and civilisations ,and that we belong tp the superior race and civilisation, still recognising that, while superiority confers rights, it imposes strict obligations in return. The basic legitimation of conquest over native peoples is the conviction of our superiority, not merely our mechanical, economic and military superiority, but our moral superiority. Our dignity rests  on that quality, and it underlies our right to direct the rest of humanity. Material power is nothing but a means to that end”.

Translated from the French advocate of colonialism. Jule Harmand’s 1910 assertion, ,and published in “CULTURE AND IMPERIALISM” by Edward W Said (1993).

“Mr Churchill and his friends bear a striking resemblance to Hitler and his friends. Hitler began his work of unleashing war  by race theory, declaring only German-speaking people constituted a superior race. Mr Churchill sets out to unleash war on a race theory asserting that only English-speaking nations are superior nations, who are called upon to decide the destinies of the entire world”

Some thoughts of Josef Stalin, 1946 , Circulated by the Communist Party of Ireland and passed on by Manus O’Riordan.

Joe Stalin hadn’t got the half of it  Churchill  hated Indians, even such Indians as Nehru who spoke good English, went to Churchill’s Alma Mater, Harrow, and graduated from Cambridge University. Churchillmurdered Indians by the million by imposing Famine on Bengal in 1942-1943. He hated English-speaking Black-skinned people from the Carribean who were, from birth, devoted as much to the idea of “England” as himself. He could talk animatedly, in English with Bernard Shaw and Tom Kettle, but they were as committed

to the Empire as himself, but the Self-Determination of the Irish Nation, exercised in the General Election of 1918, he regarded as a crime, and launched a campaign of murder, looting and burning on a virtually unarmed population.

In Cork, one of 5 Munster Counties where Republicans won every Parliamentary Seat, (the 6th Munster County Waterford chose Republicans plus one Nationalist), a British Major declared that he didn’t care how may houses he burnt to defeat Sinn Fein. Burning the houses of the voters didn’t damage the career of the officer and “democracy’s champion”- Churchill  – had him promoted to Field Marshal. eventually. (Field Marshal Viscount Montgomery).
