That Ryanair jet which was forced to land in Belarus has provoked outrage – maybe in part because many of us have flown Ryanair and don’t fancy having the experience of being forced to land somewhere we don’t want to. The West is up in arms about it. Should action be taken? If so, what?
And the DUP is in worse shape than it ever has been , if we believe the opinion polls. They’ve elected a new leader which the majority of its members don’t want. The party has lurched rightwards – but can it out-right Jim Allister? In a year’s time, will Michelle O’Neill be First Minister? Or will things have collapsed into violence once again?
