That terrible car crash on a motorway, with a car carrying five young men,all masked, rammed into another car critically injuring innocent people, maybe even killing them. Words don’t seem enough to express the horror of it all. But can anything be done? Something MUST be done about road deaths, and we’ve a few suggestions. (Feel free to add your own).
Are Irish people afraid of their own bodies? The bodies of others? Other countries think nothing of hugging and kissing those they love. How is it we get all wobbly at the very thought??
And how would you like to send Micheál Martin bananas? If yes, just say ‘Border poll’ to him. He can’t stand it, and he wants to make clear to unionists that the money he’s pumping northwards has NOTHING to do with the constitutional question. Some times I feel like touching Micheål – on the head with a piece of hosepipe.
