An information evening on the adverse health impacts of WIND TURBINE NOISE will take place in the Community Centre in BROUGHDERG, County Tyrone (on the main road between Greencastle and Draperstown) on Monday 24th July 2017 starting at 8.00 pm Please promote this FREE event as it is important to learn about the adverse health impacts of industrial wind turbines before they are erected rather than having to find out the hard way. This is also a learning exercise for those already suffering as the result of these Wind farms and Turbines already constructed. We are honoured to have the opportunity to host this very important event for the people in Northern Ireland especially West Tyrone which is saturated and with the glooming prospect of even more wind farms and turbines in the planning system. Thank you for your support and cooperation and we look forward to seeing you there.

Can’t say I’ve ever heard a noise of a wind turbine before, but saying that I’ve never been right under one.
Many people complain of the look of wind turbines, although they don’t really bother me to be honest. I quite like them.
You do not need to be “right under one” to be affected by the noise of these ugly turbines. Not only are they one of the most inefficient ways of producing power, they kill birds and bats, and the frequencies emitted are audible for kilometers from their locations. They have caused serious health affects on local communities, easily researched on the net. People and environment should be considered more carefully in respect of this renewable energy nonsense. Many of the turbines are old technology imported from places like Denmark where they have wised up to the health issues.
