Is there a consistent bias against Derry in terms of funding, resources, infrastructure? How come there was money to relocate Ollscoil Uladh in the centre of Belfast, but little or nothing to develop Magee university, let alone link it with Sligo and Letterkenny? Or is this just the Derry wans whinging again?
