So – the roads of the South(aka Free State) are being blocked by the vehicles of farmers and hauliers. Taoiseach Micheál Martin says he’ll meet IFA representatives, Hauliers official spokespeople, but not the protestors who are accused of breaking the law; Minister of Justice Jim O’Callaghan has talked of sending in the gardaí or even the army to clear the roads and streets. Good thinking? Or the path to disaster?Melania Trump has officially announced that she didn’t associate with Jeffrey Epstein. Neither has Pat or I, but we don’t feel the need to announce to the nation that fact. Is Melania trying to swing public attention back to the US, because Iran is totally out-playing her husband in the Middle East?
