Jim O’Callaghan,Minister of Justice in the Three Green Fields has announced that immigrants will have to wait eight years,not five, before they become Irish citizens, and that they’ll have to take a test showing they know English (or Irish). Is Big Jim doing this for the Irish people or for Big Jim?
