The Irish Times this morning  has an editorial critical of the RUC and politicians in terms of ‘collusive behaviour’ – the Ombudsman report that the RUC was paying ‘informants’ whom they knew were guilty of murder.

Also in the Irish Times, Stephen Collins criticises the media over Golfgate, where they ‘bayed for blood’, and yet the judge has now concluded those involved in Golfgate didn’t break the rules.

John Major has come out and sharply criticised another Tory PM, one Boris Johnson. Will anyone listen?
