TRIPE AND TREASON HAVE MANY SOURCES – Donal Kennedy

Meritless Professors at American Universities, Jerkoff Jesuits, Cultural Pundits who wouldn’t know a Rood Screen from a Blue Movie  nor Extreme Unction from the Cure d’Ars. One fatuous fathead thought that Catholics believed that Priests turned water into wine during Mass.  I kid you not!

Today the destruction of    BIG HOUSES DURING THE “CIVIL WAR” is the matter which is meant to make those of us of Catholic tradition or republican sympathies hang our heads in shame. The usual
Irish Times claptrap.

Following the withdrawal of the British Expeditionary Force via Dunkirk, Montgomery was responsible for coastal defence  in England and, where he thought it necessary destroyed civilian houses with no compunction.

Twenty years earlier in County Cork he declared that he didn’t care how many houses he burned to
defeat Sinn Fein. Sinn Fein was not a military target, but a political party which had won every seat
but one in Munster, and every seat  from West Cork to Donegal. In Ireland he was fighting against
democracy.

Eight years before that, his father, an Anglican Bishop, was in political battle against the British Parliament, and a supporter of Sir Edmund Carson. Carson had been happy to be hailed by one of his supporting MPs  as the Leader of the First  Fascist  Movement in Europe.

When Carson died  in 1935, the Irish Times declared that had he been 40 years younger he might have been he might have been a Mussolini, or even a Hitler.

That was meant as compliment by the paper which in 1933 warned voters not to vote Fianna Fail,
and welcomed Hitler to power.

As it happens Montgomery later made friends with  De Valera at   and with Mao Tse Tung and perhaps with the whole world except General Eisenhower whom he detested to his last breath.

This has nothing to do with the destruction of the Big Houses in 1922 and 1923 which excites Professor Dooley of Maynooth- which I will address anon the exception of General Eisenhower
