Today, Israel bombed another Gaza hospital. In fact it bombed it twice, the second time killing several doctors and journalists. Is there nowhere or no institution or state that’ll stand up and denounce Israel and take action?
A man called Richard Wolff was on Youtube – he’s probably still there. He’s American, and he was outlining how Germany became a state, how its people were humiliated and forced to pay the Allies for having caused a war (they didn’t) and how German workers, on their knees, looked Left and then Right, and on the right saw Hitler. “Save us!” they cried and the rest is history. Wolff argues that the US is not a fascist state – “Not yet”.
You’ll find Prof Brendan O’Leary on Youtube as well. He notes that while Catholics are in the majority in the North, they don’t have an overall majority. Not yet, as they say. In the meantime, the Dublin government, he argues,should be planning hard for a united Ireland, because – yep – we don’t want to do a Brexit and crash into a united Ireland that we really don’t want.

It is blindingly obvious to all that the Greater Israel project is on. With a fellow crook in the White House Netanyahu now feels emboldened. Trump barely regards the innocent people being slaughtered in Gaza as humans. He has the racist’s natural disregard for Brown people, unless they are Sultans or Sheikhs who give him free planes.
