We’ve had a lot of positive feedback about our interview with Chris Donnelly last Wednesday, so today Pat and I look at what he said and the implications.   

The weather woman Joanne Thompson has declared herself a candidate for President of Ireland. Is this a joke, or has she as much right to put herself forward as anybody else? And what about Bertie Aherne withdrawing as a candidate – had he no hope?And if so,why not? 

British deputy PM Angela Rayner is under pressure to resign, because she didn’t pay her full taxes on a home. But don’t we all try to minimise our taxes?
