Ireland isn’t exactly a world power, but it does carry one magic talent – soft power. St Patrick’s Dau and the world turned green is one example. The Department of Foreign Affairs is pushing Bloomsday and St Brigid’s Day and other dates and occasions. Maybe they even have a soft spot fo Kneecap?
