‘Fess time

Every so often Fate or whatever does us a good turn by giving us a kick in the bum to keep our hubris in check. I’ve just received same from Moochman and I hate to admit it but I deserved it. Moochman is a professional photographer (a good one as it happens – you can check for yourselves) and I did two bad things: I used his pic without his permission AND (and this is the bit I like least) I was a smart-arse in my response to his request for a payment for same. So with no irony at all I’m happy to apologise to him and to say he was completely in the right and I was (damn) completely in the wrong. I hate it when people try to dismiss something reasonable with an easy glib remark and that’s just what I did with Moochman. Not nice. So again, my public apologies to him (I’ve already done so off-stage) and let that be a lesson to me. Now, join the scoffing queue, please – one at a time, if you don’t mind…

Thank you Jude. I appreciate your humility in relation to this.
For the record it’s Moochin Photoman not moochman 🙂

Jude,as far as i’m concerned the biggest mistake you made was reprinting something that originated on Slugger O’Tool.Anything associated with Mick Fawlty can only end badly and you would be better ignoring the “David Brent” of political blogging altogether!

Hope you own the copyright to that profile pic of your good self and Enda, or he will be looking his fee when he is demoted soon. You get used to earning €3,500 per week and when it goes every little helps.

Glad to hear that you and Moochin Photoman made up.
