“I met two guys (Terry & Ricky) last Saturday as they were out hunting with their Harris’s Hawks and I asked if I could join them. What a fantastic morning! The Red squirrel photos were also taken last Saturday at Breen Wood at the edge of the Glens of Antrim, and only an hour from Belfast.”

Man …a red squirrel! I haven’t seen one locally for years .In fact the greys have been mostly absent this past tear or so too …only re -appearing in these past few days. Lovely pics.ays
Good number of them in Breen Wood about 3 miles from Armoy. When you enter the wood you’ll see a pond on your left and the feeding station is on your right, just take a seat on the grass and enjoy the show.
