In the context of the genocide taking place in Gaza, the only criterion for suitability for high office in Britain or in any country is whether the candidate is a Zionist or not. In other words does he/she support Netanyahu and the Zionist government or do they support the oppressed Palestinian people of Gaza and the West Bank?
It is imperative to ask if the new leader of Labour, Andy Burnham is, like the former leader Starmer, a pro-Netanyahu Zionist. To my knowledge Mr Burnham has not said anything to condemn the genocide in Gaza. That in itself implies that he is a supporter of Netanyahu and the Israeli government. In fact, it is believed that were he not a pro-Zionist he would not be where he is today. Remember how the Zionists treated the former leader- Jeremy Corbyn. Sir Starmer was a Zionist supporter of Netanyahu. He took firm action against peaceful protestors in Palestine Action.
Mr Burnham has already chosen a pro-Netanyahu Zionist as his chief –of –staff. He has shown no willingness to support Palestine Action’s right to protest.
This means that we will have more of the same from the Labour government with regard to the slaughter of the Palestinian people. This means that the new leader of the English Labour party, who is the most likely person to succeed Sir Starmer as Prime Minister, has nothing to offer the world in terms of promoting peace and harmony.
Has Burnham ever condemned the genocide in Gaza? I have not heard it. Is he a Zionist?Has the British media ever asked him where he stands in relation to the Zionist attack on Palestine? I have not read it -if they have. Did the media ask him about the right of Palestine Action to protest? These questions must be asked so that people know what kind of political leader Burnham really is before being promoted to the office of British Prime Minister.
We might also ask if Burnham has anything to offer the Irish people in terms of promoting a just and lasting peace on this island. He has not shown any special interest in promoting peace and justice in Ireland. Will he work to allow the Irish people to vote on the existence of the political Border dividing six counties from their neighbours? Will Burnham work to end British sovereignty in a part of Ireland?
The right –wing British media and the right -wing Irish media will hardly be asking these questions at this critical time in world history and in Irish history. The people must ask and demand answers.

It’s funny how Zionist has become a safe word for hate.
